SAA and Hawaiian Airlines sign interline agreement

SAA and Hawaiian Airlines, Hawaii’s largest and longest serving carrier, recently announced that they established a new interline agreement, providing new and convenient flight options between the two destinations.

With immediate effect, travellers will be able to purchase a single itinerary for travel on flights of both carriers in one simple transaction. They will enjoy convenient connections via New York-John F. Kennedy International Airport between Hawaii’s islands and over 75 destinations in Africa served by SAA.

Flight SA203 departs Johannesburg at 21h00 daily and arrives in New-York at 06h00 the following day. Connecting flight HA 051 departs New York at 10h00 and arrives in Honolulu at 15h05.

Return flight HA050 departs Honolulu at 15h10 and arrives in New York at 06h55 the following day. Flight SA 204 departs New York at 11h15 and arrives in Johannesburg at 08h05 the following day.

“This new interline partnership enable SAA and Hawaiian Airlines to broaden their route networks to provide some of the fastest connections between Hawaii and destinations throughout Africa,” said Todd Neuman, executive vice president-the Americas for South African Airways.
